If you don't believe that "A-Yah-YAh-YaH-YAH!" is the title of the song, search for the album details. That one is Aya's opening line (あやややや, lit. Ayayayaya) in her appearance on Mountain of Faith. Silly as the title seems, this song pretty much defies something like "silly-sounding = worthless".
