The second arrange, one that stands out among the rest came from Seventh-Heaven Maxion's album Devote Strikers!! U.E.

It's an arrange I never seen before and never expected to pop up in the fandom:

Winds of Time.

Okay, so why is Chiyuri here? This isn't her theme, I know that. Winds of Time is an UNUSED THEME from Phantasmagoria of Dimensional Dream sharing the same trait with Phantasmagoria and Starbow Dream, so why? Simple. It's because there's a possibility that any of the characters appearing in PoDD would've used this. Chiyuri is one of them. Pretty awesome vocals, I should say. I'm really impressed with the whole song; I didn't really care for Winds of Time, I cared more for Phantasmagoria but I guess this'll give the original plus points.
