No. This is not, in any way, related to Sakuya. It's another Septette vocal by J&B. They have potential, yes, they just need to refurnish it even more. This song seems to have been one of their nicest songs in Yuukan Alice no Mousou, take this if you feel the Septettes in the channel are not enough.
