s.a.h. 92 : EXP Mod Day One
Yes! EXP modification week has arrived. I've been waiting for this week to come since this time should be the time my Crusader will transcend to greater heights...I guess.

I'll have a narration of the whole week to have a progress check. Let's go!

PROLOGUE
21 April 2009

I started off with my blacksmith Kawashiro Nitori (Level 70) a day before the EXP mod. I grabbed an Earth Two-handed axe from the merchant shops found in Prontera to replace my Slaughter which my forger, piloted by my cousin, is currently using. I headed off for Audhumbla Grassland (ra_fild05) via Lighthalzen city proper.
As one of the first players who stumbled upon the money-making factory Rachel Field, dubbed "HillWinds" by the local players, I realized EXP flow would be slow as there are too many powerful bots infesting the area. Double Strafes flying around the area...it seems fun, isn't it? But for me it's not. It irks me to see those bots trying to make those grounded harpies cough up money. Damn it.

Anyways, I tried solo-leveling in the said area, but my Flee rate (155) is acting like gay, and does not even let me dodge two freackin' attacks. That with the extremely low kill rate made me stop leveling @ 71 and move to Moscovia the next day.

DAY ONE
22 April 2009

After the servers went up at 12:45PM, I hurried to Moscovia, to avoid the huge commotion I was expecting minutes, or hours later. I am also part of the Anti-Summon Squad of Valkyrie; which aims to avenge the fallen by killing the perpetrators, the summoned monsters, so to fulfill that mission I must go undercover and when the time comes, I'll switch to my trump card.
So Nitori, B71/J44 went to Moscovia, unleashed a Class 6 Mercenary + custom AI and left all the work for her mercenary Dali. Sometimes I had to move from place to place due to wild summons and slow EXP flow.

Two and a half hours later, Nitori went from 71/44 to this:

I'd admit that it is still slow, but considering the number of players (probably around 400~500) and bots in the map, plus the summons appearing out of nowhere, I would say this is a considerable progress. /no1
And so I continued on, forcing Dali to make some kills using her trusty bow, dilly-dallying with other players, switching to my main character due to summons, countless AFKs resting my eyes 'cause of irritations, it was the same thing over and over again for another four hours.

The screen got my attention when Nitori is about to leave the 70-range.

I went like, "WAHAHAHAHAHA", gloating like a childish kid that hit the lottery jackpot. However the last 150% percent did not take minutes. It took an hour due to a huge invasion on Moscovia that hour.

I was LOL-ing at the summons because they have not caught up with me, so I didn't die. I just moved to the upper section of Moscovia and stood there for another 30 minutes until I reached:

"Finally I can make my Soul Linker", I said. Honestly, that felt like eternity; sitting in front of the PC the whole afternoon, watching your character grow like a plant. It's just so damn tiring. *snicker snicker*

Nitori left the 70-range minutes after this screenshot was taken.

END OF DAY ONE
