I honestly don't know what to do next. I mean, what just happened? Ten minutes ago I can open my mail, after that I can't. Everything I tried did not work. Customer service does not respond like they all died or something.

I don't understand. What the heck is going on? Worst case scenario is that my ID might have been compromised.

It really might be.

Do I have to restart?

I really don't know.
