It's now 2:30AM here in Manila and the dogs outside are still barking. Why you ask? Some naked guy is running around our block, screaming crazy stuff like some possessed creature or something. And that's not the only time he did that. Last week, he hurled beer bottles while his comrades laughed at him like a retarded fool he was.
